We can provide insurance for owners of residential properties that are rented to tenants. We can cover up to 10 separate properties under one policy. A single property can be a house or a single block of flats containing a number of flats.

Standard coverage includes buildings and public liability. Optional coverage extensions include loss of rent as a result of damage to the property and employer’s liability for personnel employed by the landlord or managing agent.

Landlord Boiler, Home Emergency & Appliance

Coverage provides breakdown for kitchen appliances and boilers contained within the rented properties and can also include home emergency. In the event of a claim, we will arrange for an engineer to call and repair the item. If an item cannot be repaired, we will cover the replacement cost up to the applicable policy limit

Policies can cover kitchen appliances only, or just the boiler with or without home emergency. Kitchens, boilers and home emergency at any one property can be covered under our combined policy. Optional extensions include an annual CP12 gas safety inspection and certificate and a boiler service.

Retail Kitchen Appliance, TV & Satellite

Our retail extended warranty products cover Kitchen Appliances, TV and Satellite equipment. These appliances can be covered individually or as a package under one simple policy for a low monthly payment.

Flexible cover levels are designed to ensure the cover matches the customers requirements, excel levels can be adjusted so the customer can leverage an increased excess level to reduce their overall monthly premiums.

Retail Boiler & Home Emergency

We have a range of policies to cover the just the basic boiler or all the way up to the boiler including the full central heating system.

Out home emergency cover provides comprehensive coverage for a range of home emergencies including burst pipes, blocked drains, gas supply, electrics, pests, broken windows, lost keys and even hotel costs.
